……….Democrats love to accuse conservative folks that their letters, comments and general feelings are all based on the notion of Republican talking points. I for one have no canned talking points and have not nor will I ever solicit talking points from anyone. Now it seems, once again, the Democrats are beginning an assault on talk radio. They make it easy for their silly followers. Get this, they even provide talking points to those interested in joining in the fray. When you need guidelines, talking points and other supposedly helpful suggestions, perhaps you should focus on a different calling. I prefer legitimate debate, not some contrived half-baked politically motivated diatribe.
……….This kind of ploy has been attempted repeatedly. Rather than attempting to destroy those on the right, perhaps the left could focus on its own garbled message. We have seen how they handled that media powerhouse Air America and currently it is obvious that MSNBC is the face of the failed Air America attempt. Newsmax Magazine is reporting on this story and as usual, the Democrats attempt to distract and base their stance on rumor, innuendo and anecdotal stories. They also seem to be developing a series of gimmicks directed at tricking the American public. We need a whole lot more leadership and a lot less silliness when it comes right down to the basis of what the arguments should actually be predicated on. Health care related issues are about one-sixth of our economy. We need sound reasoning when it comes down to the issues that deserve to be discussed publicly. Instead we have a Congress, in step with a President who appear to be wandering aimlessly in search of some reasonable strategy to help move forward a weak agenda, in need of some major tweaks.
