……….Last August as per his M.O., White House Chief of Staff, Rahm Emmanuel went off on one of his classic rants. This politically charged buffoon has a long standing reputation of attempted intimidation. Rather than struggling with ideas, Emmanuel has chosen, over the years, to, often times, characterize those he disagrees with viciously and unfairly. In the case now being discussed, he referred to some he disagreed with as blanking retards. That is such a nice touch coming from one of President Obama’s most trusted members of his inner circle

……….Now six months, after the fact, Rahm Emmanuel makes a phone and subsequently makes a public apology. This scenario did not develop because Rahm had a guilty conscience or because he had an epiphany of sorts. Rather, all of this culminated because a leak from someone close to the situation let the cat out of the bag. Yes, this warm, heartfelt apology was only forthcoming because the White House Chief of Staff was outed publicly. Is that the standard that the White House should follow for its most trusted officials? Little attention has been brought to bear that the President was present when this insulting remark was made. Remember when the President, himself, remarked about Special Olympians on the Jay Leno show?
