Miss California he is not.  However, Pabst the incredible wonder dog is this year’s winner of the World’s Ugliest Dog contest in Petaluma, CA. This handsomely adorned  Boxer mix is a legitimate champion to be remembered for the ages.

As a Conservative I vehemently oppose the nomination of Judge Sonia Sotomayor to the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS). I don’t object to her on matters of gender or ethnicity. Rather, I object to her on matters of judgment and her seeming inability to see justice as blind.

Political or not, when politicians drunk with power and full of themselves espouse one thing and then do another, completely turning their supposed values upside down, an egregious wrong has been done.

While on the faculty at Purdue Unversity, in West Lafayette, IN I had a young Jackson in my Consumer Behavior class. It turns out that this young lady was a 1st cousin of none other than Michael Jackson.
